Reservation Agreement
Our Big Bear property manager will be reserving the cabin for you. The Reservation Agreement is with our Property Manager at Big Bear, therefore please read the entire written agreement carefully. Below is a partial list of items on the agreement. This is subject to change, therefore please read the actual written agreement.
- NO SMOKING/NO DRUGS: This property is NON-SMOKING and DRUG-FREE. Smoking or indulging in illegal narcotics inside this cabin will minimally result in full forfeiture of your Security Deposit and you will be required to vacate the premises without a refund.
- NO PETS: Bringing an unauthorized pet into this property will result in full forfeiture of your Security Deposit.
- CHECK-IN: Check-in time is no earlier than 3:00PM on your scheduled date of Arrival, 4:00 p.m. for major holiday seasons such as Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years. Check-in is located at the Main Office of the property manager at Big Bear Lake, CA 92315. Office Hours are Monday - Saturday 9am - 5pm. Whomever's name is on the Reservation (Reservation Holder) MUST be the one to check-in. No keys or information will be handed out otherwise. Reservation Holder will be asked to present a VALID Photo ID along with the Credit Card that was charged when making the reservation. If the Cardholder is different from the Reservation Holder, then Cardholder must ALSO be present at Check-In with the credit card and VALID Photo ID. Please bring your COMPLETED Rental Contract as well. For Late Arrivals (5pm - 9am), the property manager has an After Hours Service (All Protection Alarm) located across the street from the Sheriff's Dept. Please contact our property manager.
- CLEANING: Guests are to make sure all used dishware have been washed, dried and put away and all trash has been removed from the property and taken to the Dumpster located at the Main Office of the property manager. If you have used the fireplace or BBQ, please DO NOT clean out the ashes/coals.
- CHECK-OUT: Check-out time is no later than 11:00 a.m. on your scheduled date of Departure, 10:00 a.m. for major holiday seasons such as Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years. Keys must be dropped off at the Main Office of the property manager. Use the Drop Box at the main entrance of the Rental Department if you are departing outside of business hours. Late departures are subject to an additional night's rent. Please contact our property manager.
- PAYMENTS: We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover credit cards. For major Holiday Season reservations such as Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years, the full amount must be paid no later than 30 days prior to the scheduled date of arrival. For Non-Holiday Season reservations, the full amount including the Security Deposit must be paid in full no later than 14 days prior to the scheduled date of arrival. Checks will only be accepted if the arrival date is more than 45 days away. If paying by check, you will be refunded by check. Any check that is returned NSF will result in an additional charge (up to three times the amount of the check) and the reservation will be cancelled. - CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS: To receive a full refund MINUS a $75.00 or 10% cancellation fee (whichever is greater) all requests must be received personally via telephone 14 days PRIOR to your date of arrival. 30 days are required for any arrival that falls within the major Holiday Seasons. Cancellations received after the 14 days prior to your arrival date will forfeit the full reservation amount, unless the property is re-rented. 30 days are required for any arrival that falls within the major Holiday Season. - AVAILABILITY AND QUOTES: The quotes are subject to change if more than a day has lapsed at the time the rates were quoted. If for ANY reason beyond the control of the property manager, the property you reserved becomes unavailable, the property manager reserves the right to cancel this agreement and give the Cardholder a full refund.
